Vidlet is an independent market and design research company that specializes in mobile and live user testing. In this role, responsibilities include managing a team of high-performing senior researchers, maintaining and developing new client relationships, designing complex and multi-part studies and overall research strategies to meet clients’ business objectives. Specializes in developing high level insights and tactical recommendations for clients based on research conducted.

Senior Design Research Manager - Vidlet

August 2021 – August 2022

Managed a team of associate researchers in carrying out complex, multi-part research studies. Responsible for interfacing with clients and building client relationships, helping support organization’s overall sales and business development initiatives. Carried out qualitative and quantitative research in the form of mobile diaries, moderated IDIs and focus groups, and designed surveys.

Design Researcher - Vidlet

April 2020 – August 2021

Worked collaboratively with associate and senior researchers to meet clients’ research goals. Honed skills in survey design, IDI and focus group moderation, and mobile diary content analysis. Responsible for day-to-day research tasks including recruitment and management of research participants, interview content review, analysis and synthesis, and reporting of research findings.
